Refund Policy

The following policy applies to all events and donations unless a specific event explicitly modifies it.

Donation Refund Policy

We are grateful for your donation and support of our organization. Donations are normally nonrefundable but if you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to our organization please contact us at info@ndpetroleumfoundation.org. Refunds are returned using the original method of
payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.

Event Refund Policy

Any withdrawal of an Event Registration or Sponsorship must be made in writing to the North Dakota Petroleum Foundation (NDPF) at info@ndpetroleumfoundation.org. Notice shall be effective on the date that the NDPF receives such written notice. Registration can be transferred to another person if requested by the original registrant.

All refunds are subject to a 10% administrative fee. If canceled up to four weeks before the event, 100% of the registration fee (less the administrative fee) will be refunded.

No refund is given if canceled within two weeks of the event.
